Cleaning is not just working. It is knowing what the job needs, what could go wrong, and the right way to do it.
Anyone can push a mop. Doing it properly means knowing which surface, which chemical, how much of it, and in what order — and why that matters for the people who use the building.
That is what we train our staff to do, and what our supervisors check.

We check who they are and take references before anything else.

We check they can actually do the work. If they are not ready, they do not go.

A named supervisor sets up the team at your place and checks the work.

Standards & procedures
What is behind the work
We follow BICSc standards
BICSc sets the professional standards for cleaning worldwide.
BICSc stands for the British Institute of Cleaning Science. It sets out the proper way to clean. We build our training and our working methods around these standards.
Written steps for every job
An SOP is a written list of how to do a job properly.
SOP means Standard Operating Procedure. It says how each job is done, in what order, with what equipment, and how good the result must be. So the work does not change depending on who comes in that day.
Safety sheets for every chemical
An SDS explains what a chemical does and how to use it safely.
SDS means Safety Data Sheet. It explains what is inside a chemical, what harm it can cause, and how to use it safely. We keep one for every chemical we bring onto your site, and you may ask to see them.
We train before we start
Staff learn the work before they ever come to you.
Training covers the correct method, chemical safety, machines, colour coding, how to behave on your site, and keeping your information private. We check they can do it before we send them.
We check the work
A named supervisor inspects the job — we do not just assume it was done.
Every contract has one supervisor who is responsible. They check the work on an agreed routine, write down what they find, and make sure problems are fixed and do not come back.
Looking after the environment
Simple, practical care on every job.
We separate waste, use only the amount of chemical the job needs, and save water and power where we can. Our staff are taught why this matters, so it happens in practice.
We build our training and methods around BICSc — the British Institute of Cleaning Science. You may ask to see the paperwork for your contract at any time.
