Privacy Policy
What we collect through this website, why, and how to have it removed.
Malawi Shine Laundry and Cleaning Services ("we") collects only what we need to reply to you and to do the work you ask for. This page says plainly what that is.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this website:
- When you ask for a price
Your name, organisation, phone number, email and what you told us about the place that needs cleaning. - When you send a proposal request (RFP)
Your organisation, contact person, position, phone, email, sector and the requirement you described. - When you apply for a job
Your name, phone, email and the details you give us about your experience. - When our staff sign in
For security, every sign-in attempt to our staff area is recorded with the time and network address. This applies to our own employees, not to visitors.
We do not take payments on this website, so we never see your card or bank details. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and arrange a visit to your premises
- To prepare your quotation or written proposal
- To consider your job application
- To keep our staff area secure
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored in our secure database. Only authorised Malawi Shine staff can see them, and each person only has access to the part of the system their role requires.
If we clean your premises
Our staff are trained to keep anything they see on your site confidential — papers, screens, conversations and visitors. This is part of their induction, before they are ever deployed.
Asking us to delete your information
You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email malawishinecleaning@gmail.com and we will act on it. You can also speak to a director directly:
- Christopher Sibale — Managing Director — +265 999 844 756
- Jacob Sibwila — Business Development & Brand Director — +265 995 823 045
If we change how this website collects information, we will update this page.
