Questions & Answers

The things people actually ask us before they hire a cleaning company.

How much do you charge?

We do not publish prices, because no two buildings are the same. The price depends on how big the place is, how often you need us, how many staff it takes and what standard you need. We come and look first, then give you a price in writing.

Why do you insist on visiting before quoting?

Because a price given over the phone is a guess. A guess is either too high, which wastes your money, or too low, which means we cut corners later to survive it. Neither is fair to you. We would rather spend an hour looking at your place and give you a number we can honour.

Do you work with a written agreement?

Yes, always. A written agreement sets out exactly what we clean, how often, with how many staff and to what standard. It protects you as much as it protects us — you can hold us to something specific rather than to a promise.

Are your cleaners trained before they come to my premises?

Yes. Nobody attends a client site untrained. Before deployment, staff learn the correct method for each task, how to handle chemicals safely, how to use the equipment, colour coding, how to behave on site, and keeping your business private. We check they can do the work before we send them.

How do I know the person at my door really works for you?

Every staff member carries an ID card with a QR code. Scan it with any phone camera and it opens a page on this website that confirms whether that person is currently one of our staff. If someone is no longer with us, the page says so.

What is BICSc, and are you certified?

BICSc is the British Institute of Cleaning Science, which sets the professional standards for how cleaning should be done. We build our training and our working methods around those standards. To be clear and honest: we are aligned to BICSc standards, we are not saying we hold a BICSc certificate.

What are SOPs and SDS, and why do they matter to me?

An SOP is a Standard Operating Procedure — a written list of how a job is done properly, so the result does not change depending on who turns up that day. An SDS is a Safety Data Sheet — it explains what is in a chemical, what harm it can cause and how to use it safely. We keep one for every chemical we bring onto your site, and your safety officer may ask to see them.

What happens if the work is not done properly?

Every contract has one named supervisor who is responsible for your site. They inspect the work on an agreed routine and write down what they find. If something is wrong, it is recorded, corrected, and checked again so it does not simply repeat. You always know who to call.

Can you clean outside our working hours?

Yes. Most offices, shops and banks prefer cleaning before opening or after closing so we are not in the way. Schools often prefer deep cleaning during holidays. We plan the schedule around how you actually operate.

Do you clean private homes as well as businesses?

Yes. Home cleaning uses the same trained staff and the same written method we use for businesses. You can arrange regular weekly or monthly cleaning, a one-off deep clean, or a clean before or after moving house.

Do you offer laundry?

Not yet. Laundry and collection are marked Coming Soon on our services page. We would rather tell you plainly that something is not ready than take your money for a service we cannot yet deliver properly.

How does our organisation invite you to tender?

Use the Request for Proposal form on this website. Tell us your sector, how many sites, roughly how big, how often you need cleaning and your tender deadline. We reply with a written proposal covering the work, the method, the staffing plan, our standards and the price.

Which areas of Malawi do you cover?

We are based in Lilongwe and work across Malawi. For sites outside our usual area, tell us where you are and we will be honest about whether we can serve you properly.

What do you do about the environment?

We measure chemicals carefully so we do not waste them or pollute water, we separate waste, and we work to use less water and power. Our staff are taught why this matters so it happens on the floor, not just on paper.

Still have a question?

Ask us directly. If we cannot do something, we will tell you.
