These cover this website. The work itself is governed by the written agreement we sign with you.
Important distinction. This page is about using the website. It is not your cleaning contract. What we clean, how often, for how much and to what standard is set out in the written agreement we sign with you — and that agreement always takes precedence over anything here.
Nothing here is a price
We do not publish prices, and nothing on this website is an offer or a binding quotation. A price only becomes real when we have visited your premises and given it to you in writing.
What we say about our standards
We describe our training and working methods as aligned to BICSc standards. To be explicit: that means we structure our methods around British Institute of Cleaning Science methodology. We do not hold a BICSc certificate, and we do not claim to.
Any service marked “Coming soon” is one we do not yet offer. We would rather say so than take work we cannot deliver properly.
Using this website
- You may read, print and share these pages freely.
- Please do not copy our text, photographs or brand marks to present them as your own.
- Please do not submit false information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited advertising.
Forms you submit
Sending a quote request or a proposal request does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. We will come and look at your premises before either side commits to anything. What we do with the information you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Verifying our staff
The ID verification page reports what our records say at the moment you check it. If a card does not verify, or if anyone cannot produce one, please do not let them work — call us first.
Accuracy
We keep this website accurate and correct anything we find to be wrong. If you spot something that is out of date or misleading, please tell us — we would rather hear it from you.
