Every figure here is counted from the checks our cleaners record on site. Nothing is typed in by hand, which means the page stays empty until the work is real. Come back once we are on the ground with you.
Where these numbers come from
Every area gets a label
When we take on a building we give each area — the toilets, reception, each floor of offices — its own printed code on the wall.
Our cleaner scans it
They sign in first. Scanning alone records nothing, so a check can only ever be logged by a named member of our staff.
The checklist is answered
Paper in the cubicles, soap at the basins, floor dry. Anything broken is written down — including damage that was already there when we arrived.
We do not publish which building is which, what is inside it, or when each area is checked. That is our client’s business, not a selling point.
